The Meridian Private Credit & Opportunities Note pays a fixed 10% per annum on capital deployed across a disciplined private credit and special situations mandate — for sophisticated and high net worth investors.
Both Notes share the same Meridian mandate, and differ only in how long you hold and how you are paid.
Your capital earns 10% p.a. simple interest from the day it is received. Each 12-month term rolls over automatically unless you give notice by the end of month 9.
Complete the application, pass KYC/AML checks and transfer your subscription. Interest accrues daily from receipt of funds.
To exit at the end of a term, serve a written Redemption Notice no later than the end of month 9 of that term.
With valid notice, principal and all accrued interest are paid at month 12. Without notice, the Note rolls for a further 12 months, still earning 10% p.a.
Each 12-month term rolls unless notice is served by month 9. Interest is paid with principal at redemption.

There is no secondary market. The earliest exit is month 12. If the month 9 deadline is missed, the next opportunity is a further 12 months later.
The Note has no fixed maturity. Capital is not returned automatically — you must actively serve a Redemption Notice each cycle.
The Manager has wide discretion. Noteholders cannot direct or veto individual investment decisions.
40% of capital carries no contractual return. Sleeve A is not broadly diversified and holds concentrated positions.
Not FCA-regulated; no FSCS or Financial Ombudsman protection. The Note is in GBP — other-currency investors bear FX risk.
